Other notable roles include Chef de Rang at Vue de Monde, Food and Beverage Sales Attendant at Stokehouse, Assistant Winemaker at Bruny Island Premium Wines, and Waiter at Rockpool Dining Group's Rosetta. Nino’s experience also includes roles at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, starting as a Trainee at Ciel Bleu Restaurant, and earlier training at Restaurant De Moerbei.
