Nino Nederstigt currently serves as a Business Development Representative for Benelux at Redefine Meat, a company dedicated to creating environmentally friendly and delicious plant-based alternatives to animal meat. Previously, Nino held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Floor Manager at Restaurant Felix, where responsibilities involved team coordination, problem-solving, and planning. Other notable roles include Chef de Rang at Vue de Monde, Food and Beverage Sales Attendant at Stokehouse, Assistant Winemaker at Bruny Island Premium Wines, and Waiter at Rockpool Dining Group's Rosetta. Nino’s experience also includes roles at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, starting as a Trainee at Ciel Bleu Restaurant, and earlier training at Restaurant De Moerbei. Nino holds a degree in Leidinggevende bediening from Mondriaan College Den Haag and attended Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim.
