Jan Kichniawy currently serves as the National Team Lead for Foodservice & HoReCa at Redefine Meat since June 2022. Prior experience includes a sabbatical from August 2021 to June 2022, Head of UPro at Upfield for a short stint in June 2021, and various roles at Diageo from September 2012 to June 2021, including Group Account Manager for Horeca/Foodservice/Cooperation and National Key Account Manager for Systemgastronomie & Hotellerie. Previous to Diageo, Jan worked at Brauerei C. & A. Veltins GmbH & Co. KG from May 2009 to September 2012 as Gebietsverkaufsleiter, participating in an 18-month trainee program. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Services/Systemgastronomie QM from Hochschule Niederrhein, completed a HACCP Office program at Harvest Meats in Canada, and earned a vocational degree in Food Technology from Nestlé Schöller GmbH.
