Eddi Maevski is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the mechanical engineering sector. Currently employed at Redefine Meat since March 2021, Eddi previously held a similar role at HP Indigo, where responsibilities included R&D mechanical design and product support. Prior to this position, Eddi worked as a Mechanical Designer at Ziv-Av Engineering, focusing on component design and assembly procedures using SolidWorks. Eddi has also contributed to academia as a Lecturer and Teaching Assistant at both Ben Gurion University and Sami Shamoon College of Engineering, while earlier experience includes roles at Intel Corporation and as a Naval Chief Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces. Eddi holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
