Rafaella Schmitz dos Santos is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Manager at RedCloud since September 2021, where responsibilities include product launch and adoption in Brazil, driving trading volume transactions through a mobile app. Previous roles at RedCloud encompass Product Analyst and Account Manager Lead, with a focus on product design, stakeholder collaboration, and managing account teams to enhance client supply chain integration. Prior to RedCloud, Rafaella worked at Swile Brasil as Leader of Account Management, significantly increasing monthly revenue and reducing churn. Experience also includes roles at Exact Sales, where strategies were led to optimize sales processes for numerous companies in LATAM.
