Mark Varley has extensive work experience with BT Global Services, starting in 1991 and continuing until 2015. Mark has held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, Implementation Manager, and Installation Manager. Some of their notable projects include the rollout of new corporate infrastructure to over 1000 sites, the divestment of Rolls Royce's Energy business to Siemens, and the relocation of services from one of Rolls Royce's legacy datacentres. Mark has also worked as a Public Sector Delivery Lead at Redcentric, responsible for managing projects for clients such as DWP, NHS-Digital, Legal Aid Agency, and DFID.
