Nicolas Zuniga is an experienced marketing director, currently serving at Industry Partners and Redcar Properties since July 2015. Prior to these roles, Zuniga held the position of project coordinator at LENA group from August 2013 to May 2015, overseeing construction supervision, scheduling, budgeting, and design specifications for large multi-family housing projects, as well as managing single-family residential renovations in the Los Angeles area. Zuniga's earlier experience includes work as a planner for the Watts Community Studio, an intern at the Los Angeles City Planning Department, and freelance research and mapping for planning firms and educational institutions. Zuniga co-founded BOLD, an interior design and architecture firm, and has served as a tutor for a summer program in sustainable urban planning in Italy. Educational qualifications include a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Monterrey.
