Jim Jacobsen is an experienced leader in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Redcar Properties since 2011, where the focus is on acquiring and redeveloping underperforming properties in burgeoning urban areas. In addition to this role, Jim Jacobsen founded Industry Partners in September 2010, providing brokerage and design/development services. Prior to these positions, Jim Jacobsen was the Owner and Principal of Wilson Jacobsen / Lee & Associates from 1994 to 2010, specializing in commercial and multi-family real estate. Earlier in their career, Jim Jacobsen worked as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC. Jim Jacobsen holds a BA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from UCLA, earned between 1990 and 1994.
