Grace Braun currently serves as the Vice President of Investments at Redcar Properties since April 2021. Prior experience includes an Investments Associate role at CIM Group, L.P. from August 2019 to February 2021, and a position as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at Eastdil Secured from June 2017 to July 2019. Grace's background also includes a stint as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Real Estate Syndicated Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities in 2016, alongside internships in Private Wealth Management at Northwestern Mutual and real estate brokerage at Campion and Company Fine Homes. Early experience includes asset management work with Shanghai Mapletree Management Co., Ltd. Grace Braun holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, earned in 2017.
