Theuns Bouwer is an accomplished professional in the field of software development and consulting, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Platform Development at REDCap Cloud since April 2024. Prior to this role, Theuns held various positions at Oracle from November 2010 to March 2024, culminating in the role of Senior Consulting Solution Director, focusing on optimizing Oracle Cloud Services for Health Science customers. Theuns also gained extensive experience at Phase Forward from July 2004 to November 2010, where positions included Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant, and earlier roles at Quintiles as a Programmer. Theuns holds a B.Tech degree in IT with a specialization in Technical Software Development from Central University of Technology, Free State.
