Qian Nie has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Software Engineer at Genix Ventures, where they developed software for continuous learning platforms. They later worked at Risk Management Technologies as a Product Manager and Coordinator, taking on responsibilities such as building relationships with partner companies and coordinating international marketing activities. Qian then joined MYOB, where they served as a Delivery Manager, overseeing end-to-end feature delivery in a specific domain. They also held the position of Engineering Manager, leading multiple teams. Currently, Qian is the Director of Engineering at Redbubble.

Qian Nie completed a Bachelor of Software Engineering in Computer Software Engineering at Xiamen University from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Qian Nie pursued a Bachelor of IT at RMIT University. Currently, Qian Nie is studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Melbourne Business School, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
