Elvira Fernández Chacín is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Media Manager at Redbridge since September 2021 and as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at Avantem Latam since December 2020. Elvira also completed an internship at the United Nations' Resident Coordinator Office from January to April 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Peace Studies with a specialization in Media, Peace and Conflict Studies from the University for Peace (UPEACE), a Digital Media and Marketing Certificate from Duke University, and a Bilingual Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from ULACIT.
