Callie Strawn has been in the workforce since 2009. Callie began their career as a Destination Services Intern at Community Connections. In 2010, they joined Benu as a Quoting Analyst, then moved up to Team Lead, Sales Operations, and eventually Manager, Sales Operations. In 2014, they transitioned to AeroFS as Operations Manager. Most recently, they have been the Director of Operations at Redbooth since 2017.

Callie Strawn received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Chapman University.
