Since August 1996, Melanie has served as the Director of Human Resources at Redblue, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing HR strategies and operations. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Service Coordinator at Master Controls from June 1992 to August 1996, where skills in customer service and coordination were developed.
