Ryan Pfaff started their work experience in 2016 as a Student Center Manager at the University of Central Arkansas. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Accounting and Finance Consultant at RedBird Bioscience. In 2022, they joined Sunday Goods & The Pharm as a Production Planner. Currently, they are the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at RedBird Bioscience, starting in 2023.

Ryan Pfaff completed their Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Arkansas from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Health Science with a focus on Pre-Physical Therapy Studies at the University of Central Arkansas from 2013 to 2018.
