Tariq Jamil is an experienced professional in the textile and apparel industry, currently serving as a Technical Developer for Global Workwear at Red Wing Shoe Co. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tariq was the Head of the Tech-Commercial Department for Workwear and Safety Apparel at Nishat Mills Ltd. from September 2022 to February 2024, and held the position of Technical Director at Mapletex Solutions Inc. from January 2021 to August 2022. Tariq has extensive experience from Sapphire Mills, where roles included Technical Director, General Manager overseeing a dyeing and finishing plant, and Production Manager. Tariq's educational background includes a B.Sc (Hons) in Textile, Apparel and Textiles from The University of Bolton, along with diplomas in Real Estate Development, Management & Entrepreneurship, and Renovation and Construction.
