Juan José Campaña has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Juan José started their career as a Becario en departamento de Ingeniería telemática at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in November 2014 and worked there until July 2015. Juan José then joined the same university in March 2016 as an Investigador and continued in this role until January 2022. In December 2017, they became the CTO & Co-founder of Evidence-Based Behavior and held this position until March 2022. Currently, since March 2022, they are working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Nextail.

Juan José Campaña completed a Doble máster en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación y Multimedia y Comunicaciones from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones from the same university from 2011 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Juan José Campaña has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the courses "Deploying Machine Learning Models in Production," "Machine Learning Engineering for Production (MLOps) Specialization," "Machine Learning Data Lifecycle in Production," "Machine Learning Modeling Pipelines in Production," and "Introduction to Machine Learning in Production" at Coursera. Juan José also completed a course in "Machine Learning" in 2014, also from Coursera.
