Melissa Roach is a seasoned web developer with extensive experience in front-end development and project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Web Developer at Red Wing Shoe Co. since March 2021, Melissa leads the development of multiple B2C and B2B sites on Commerce Cloud, establishing coding and team process standards. Prior to this, Melissa spent over 13 years at PixelMEDIA, contributing to client websites and applications as a web development lead and delivering responsive support for numerous active clients. Earlier roles at Japan Society included Web Producer and Online Communications Officer, where Melissa oversaw significant online initiatives and maintained communication with various stakeholders.
