Nate Baker is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Red Ventures since July 2021, Nate has held key roles in various companies, including Software Engineering Manager at TransLoc and Technical Director/Digital Architect at PointSource, where responsibilities encompassed AI/ML integration and team coordination. Previous positions at PointSource involved managing a large development team and overseeing technical aspects of client projects, along with a strong background in full-stack development and modern JavaScript frameworks. Nate's early career includes significant contributions at IBM, focusing on enterprise-grade applications and mobile development, as well as internships at Milliken & Company and the San Diego Supercomputer Center. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Furman University.
