Damon Jones is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software architecture, engineering management, and customer success. Currently serving as the EVP of Customer Success at Red Vector, Inc. since May 2022, Damon previously held significant roles at Capgemini as Vice President of Engineering and Principal Software Architect & Manager, where leadership was exercised over a combined on-shore and off-shore team for a big data analytics platform. Additional relevant experience includes positions at Leidos, Lockheed Martin, ThinkRational, and Hewlett-Packard, showcasing expertise in big data solutions, cyber analytics, and enterprise content management. Damon holds an MBA in Technology from Colorado Technical University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
