Senior Onboarding Specialist at Red Stag Fulfillment

Logan Dickenson has a diverse work experience. Logan started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Textbook Brokers in December 2016. Logan then interned at Daywind Records from March 2017 to August 2017. Additionally, Logan worked as an intern at Bob Kingsley's Top 40 Countdown in February 2017. At Radio Greeneville, they served as an intern from December 2017 to May 2018, and later worked as a Board Engineer from February 2018 to February 2019.

In 2014, Logan joined Food City/KVAT Foods Inc. as a Front End Manager where they were responsible for cashiering, stocking, and overseeing the front end operations.

From 2018 to 2020, Logan worked at Forward Air Corporation. Logan initially held the role of Customer Care Representative, assisting with home appliance delivery and installation. Later, they became a Tracing and Reporting Specialist, specializing in locating lost shipments and managing delays.

Most recently, Logan joined Red Stag Fulfillment in July 2020. Logan began as a Client Support Specialist and then transitioned to an Account Manager, managing multiple clients and serving as a liaison between clients and operations personnel. Currently, they hold the position of Onboarding Specialist, overseeing the technical and operational aspects of new client onboarding until completion.

Logan Dickenson began their education at Greeneville High School, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. After completing high school, they enrolled at Walters State Community College from 2014 to 2016, pursuing an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. Following their time at Walters State, Logan transferred to Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they studied from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
