Joki Li is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as an Assistant Brand Manager at Red Rooster since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joki worked as a Marketing Officer at Soul Origin from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating national campaigns, managing Local Store Marketing efforts, and training franchise partners. Joki's earlier experience includes positions as a National Marketing Executive and National and Digital Marketing Coordinator at Gelatissimo, and various marketing roles at North Shore Development Centre and The Conversion Group. Joki holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from UNSW, completed in 2016.
