E. Lars Nielsen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Conversations, a position held since July 2022, focusing on connecting the Kingdom with the emerging generation through discussions on life, truth, and experience. In addition, E. Lars Nielsen has been a Pastor in Care and Associate roles at Red Rocks Church since January 2006, contributing part-time to Small Group and Pastoral Care Ministries. Previous experience includes serving as a Youth Pastor at HOPE Christian Fellowship in early 2008 and acting as Missionary Director and Chaplain for Chi Alpha Campus Ministries from August 1999 to January 2006, overseeing fundraising, service outreach, and networking. E. Lars Nielsen also teaches Bible classes and coaches volleyball at Valor Christian High School since 2007.
