Prior to this role, Neil worked as an HR Business Partner at NEWSQUEST (HERALD & TIMES) LIMITED and as a Group HR Manager at ROMANES MEDIA GROUP EBT LIMITED. With a background in Human Resource Management, Neil also has experience as an HR Advisor and HR Administrator.
