Andrzej Marcin Lazaronek is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in hydraulic systems and fluid power engineering. Currently serving as Fluid Power Discipline Lead and Senior Engineer at Red Rock AS since April 2023, Andrzej oversees the development of the Fluid Power Department, focusing on process standardization and product improvements. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at HMH, where responsibilities involved supporting aftermarket services and product development, and Senior Engineer at MacGregor, providing documentation support for prototype projects in the offshore wind sector. A long tenure at NOV allowed Andrzej to contribute as Project Engineer in various capacities, driving technical enhancements and standardization for drilling equipment over 15 years. Andrzej holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, received in 2005.
