Khendra Dixon is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and career services. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Recruiter at Red Robin since June 2018, Khendra has also held positions as a Talent Recruiter and Talent Sourcer within the same company. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Services Advisor at Carrington College-Mesquite and a Corporate Recruiter at State National Companies. Khendra held the role of Vice President at UCO HR Society and began a career in talent acquisition as a Sales Talent Acquisition Intern at Paycom. Khendra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2016.
