Jesse Griffith currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Red Robin since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jesse held various positions at Torchy's Tacos, including Regional Partner and Market Partner from February 2020 to February 2023, focusing on brand expansion in the Mid Atlantic and Eastern US. As Vice President of Operations at California Pizza Kitchen from August 2012 to February 2020, Jesse managed 88 locations, significantly improved EBITDA by $4M, and served on crucial advisory councils. Jesse's experience also includes directing food service operations for the United States Department of Defense, leading operations at Quaker Steak and Lube, and spearheading market expansion at Texas Roadhouse. Earlier career foundations were laid as Area Director for Bennigans in Virginia and Maryland. Education was completed at Old Dominion University.
