Jeff Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security, compliance, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a FedRAMP/CMMC Design Architect at Red River since October 2021, Jeff has a robust background that includes roles as Executive Director and Director of Compliance at TTEC, where primary leadership was provided on various audit frameworks. Previous positions include Epic Technical Manager at Denver Health, Director of Infrastructure at GTRI and Critigen, and VP of IT at Palace Entertainment, among others. Jeff's educational qualifications include ITIL Foundation Certificates and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Point Loma Nazarene College. Additionally, Jeff holds a Registered Practitioner certification from CMMC-AB and completed the ITIL 4.0 Foundation in Service Management.
