Steven Osman, MBA, currently serves as the Controls and SOX Coordinator at Red River Bank since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Customer Experience and VP/Consumer Banking Sales Manager at First Guaranty Bank from November 2019 to November 2024, Operations Manager at The Union Bank from May 2018 to November 2019, and VP/Loan Operations Manager at Cottonport Bank from February 2008 to May 2018. Additionally, Steven worked as a Production Technician/Line Leader at Nissan Motor Corporation from July 2004 to March 2007. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as further education from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
