Melissa Gould Egan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at RED RHINO, The Pool Leak Experts since January 2023, Melissa has previously worked at Banfield Pet Hospital as a Customer Service Representative and at Morningside Animal Hospital, Animal Clinic of East Avenue, and Erie Canal Animal Hospital as a Receptionist. Additional experience includes a role as a Pharmacy Technician at Wegmans Pharmacy, where responsibilities encompassed prescription handling and customer service. Melissa's early career involved internships at St. John's Senior Services and Tender Loving Family Care, Inc., alongside customer service positions at Wegmans Food Markets and maurices. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from SUNY Brockport and graduated from Brockport High School in 2014.
