Becca Williams is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and community engagement. As President and Co-Founder of Red Plate Foods, Inc. since March 2013, Becca has been instrumental in creating allergy-friendly foods, ensuring a production environment free from the top eight major allergens, vegan, and gluten-free. Prior to this role, Becca served as District Manager for Junior Achievement of Oregon and SW Washington, where responsibilities included launching the program in Central Oregon, recruiting and training volunteers, and securing funding. Additionally, Becca founded and operated Wallnutz from December 1999 to April 2008, specializing in wholesale and retail wall décor. Becca holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance from Oregon State University.
