Michelle Pierson has a strong background in the gaming industry, especially in quality assurance and production roles. Michelle most recently worked as a QA Manager at Redpill VR since September 2019. Prior to that, they were an Art Producer at ROGUE INITIATIVE from October 2018 to March 2019. Michelle also served as a QA Lead at ROGUE INITIATIVE in September 2017. Michelle has experience working as a Domestic Producer at The Pierson Household from February 2008 to February 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Writer/Designer/Producer at Fancy Turnip from May 2015 to May 2016. Michelle's earliest work experience in the gaming industry was as a QA Lead at Neversoft Entertainment from June 2003 to January 2008.

Michelle Pierson attended The Art Institutes from 1996 to 1997, where they completed an Associate's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
