Michelle Johnson, LISW, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a School-Based Therapist at Red Oak Behavioral Health since August 2018. Previously, Michelle worked as a therapist at The Bair Foundation, where responsibilities included providing therapeutic services to diverse populations facing various challenges. From August 2008 to September 2013, Michelle held the position of Case Manager at A World For Children, focusing on meeting children's comprehensive needs through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, Michelle served as a Foster Home Recruiter, actively engaging with the community to recruit diverse foster parents. Earlier in career development, Michelle coached high school rowing students at Upper Arlington High School from 2007 to 2008. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from West Virginia University.
