Lori Gast has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning over three decades. Lori currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Red Mountain Group since June 2019, where they oversee development, leasing, asset management, and property management for a retail portfolio covering 4,000,000 square feet across 18 states. Prior to this role, Lori was the Executive Vice President at Red Mountain Group since August 2009.

Before joining Red Mountain Group, Lori held the position of Principal at Gast Retail Group from 2004 to 2009. Lori was responsible for various aspects of the business, including entitlements, construction, leasing, asset management, and property management.

Lori's career started at GVD Investments in 1986, where they served as the VP of Leasing and Development until 1995. Lori then joined Marketplace Properties as the VP of Leasing and Development from 1995 to 1998. In 1999, they worked as a Broker at Pentz and Partners until 2004.

Lori's earliest work experience was at ClothesTime, where they worked in real estate from 1984 to 1986.

Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in various areas of the real estate industry, particularly in development, leasing, and asset management.

Lori Gast attended California State University, Fullerton from 1978 to 1982. Lori studied Business Administration and Management, General during their time at the university. In addition, they obtained the SCLS certification from ICSC in May 1988. Lori also holds a California Brokers License, although the institution and the year of obtaining this license are not provided.
