Aaron Shumate has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Red Lobster since April 2013, where responsibilities include oversight of facilities, staff, financials, and customer relations, contributing to the highest metro area volume. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at Darden from June 1994 to April 2013, including Staffing and Training Manager and Team Supervisor, focusing on P&L analysis, employee performance management, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University.
