Jennifer Schwinger has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as the Child Nutrition Manager and Cafeteria Manager at Red Lion Area School District since March 2011, overseeing a team of 11 full-time employees and managing all aspects of the food service operation. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Cafeteria Worker, preparing and serving meals to high school students and handling payments. From June 2003 to March 2011, Jennifer led operations as CEO of the Schwinger Household. Earlier, at Great American Restaurants from July 1996 to June 2003, Jennifer held the roles of Office Manager and Restaurant Manager, where responsibilities included managing back office functions and co-managing a staff of 80 employees in a high-volume restaurant. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in HRIM from Penn State University between 1992 and 1996.
