Michael Pangia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and investment firms. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Uride and an Associate at Creative Destruction Lab, Pangia also contributes as a board advisor for Qnext and Red Leader Tech. Previously, Michael held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Westmount Park Investments and served as President and CEO of Aviat Networks, where significant contributions were made to global sales and network solutions. With a career spanning over two decades at Nortel Networks, Pangia excelled in multiple senior finance and sales roles. Michael holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Windsor.
