Eric Soler is an experienced operations manager and facility security officer with a strong background in maritime and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Red Hook Terminals since October 2021, Eric previously held various roles at Ports America from December 2008 to October 2021, including Marine Superintendent IV, where oversight of International Longshoremen's Association laborers during vessel operations was a key responsibility. Eric also managed backend operations and led process improvement projects. Prior to joining Ports America, Eric managed nightclub and corporate event planning as Principal of Eric and Luck, LLC., and contributed to technical recruitment at The Connors Group. Eric's early career included IT support roles at AllianceBernstein and Sanford C. Bernstein, alongside operational coordination in the non-profit sector with the South Bronx Human Development Organization. Eric is a veteran of the Army National Guard and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University.
