Nicola Grant is a seasoned professional in property management with significant experience in real estate services. Currently serving as the Real Estate Services Coordinator at Red Hill Ventures since February 2020, Nicola is responsible for comprehensive property management functions, including facility security and maintenance, while also focusing on maintaining full occupancy levels. Previously, as the Director of Operations and Quality Manager at WK Arbeitswelt GmbH from January 2017 to February 2020, Nicola implemented best practices for work processes and supervised a diverse team to enhance productivity.
