Alicia Macke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Norwex since September 2023, Alicia has also held various roles at Red Gold since November 2015, focusing on Inside Sales and Export Account Management. As a co-owner of Broken Road Designs, LLC since March 2018, Alicia and a partner specialize in custom signs and apparel. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes co-owning H&H Signs until its sale in June 2015. Alicia’s earlier career includes management positions at Elwood Orthodontics and Overhead Door Products, and an initial role as a food server at Jim Dandy. Alicia holds two Associate's degrees in Business Administration and Management and Administrative Assistant from Indiana Business College.
