Cam Allen is an experienced professional in the field of non-destructive testing and inspection, currently serving as Director of NDT & Inspection at both Red Flame Industries and AM Inspection Ltd since December 2021. Previously, Cam held leadership roles at MISTRAS Group, Inc., including General Manager and Operations Manager for the Central Alberta & Pipelines Division from December 2016 to December 2021, and Assistant Manager in Red Deer from September 2007 to April 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Supervisor for Non-Destructive Testing at Red Flame Industries from April 2014 to December 2016. Cam's educational background includes degrees in Ultrasonics Level I, Radiography Level II, Magnetic Particle Inspection Level II, and certification as a Certified Exposure Device Operator from various institutions, including NAIT and INTEG.
