Elena McVadon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elena most recently worked as a Threat Analyst at Red Five, where they conducted open-source intelligence gathering and created high-quality reports for clients. Prior to that, they were a Research Intern at Insider Risk Group, where they assisted in researching and briefing best practices for operational security. Elena also worked as an Operations Associate at Silver Eagle Group, where they handled firearms training, retail, and customer-facing roles. Elena served as the Vice President of Finance at Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity and worked as a Peer Advisor - Instructor at George Mason University. Additionally, they completed an Applied Behavioral Analysis Internship at The Arc of Loudoun, working with children with disabilities. Elena's work experience also includes a role as a Teacher Assistant for Advanced Placement Psychology at Rock Ridge High School.

Elena McVadon pursued their education at George Mason University College of Public Health from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Intelligence Studies, indicating their interest in a multidisciplinary approach to their studies.
