Malika Halla has extensive work experience in various HR and management roles. Malika'smost recent position was as Head of HR at Red Engine Team since April 2023. Before that, they served as the Group Head of People at TROFI from May 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People and Development at St. Ermin's Hotel - Autograph Collection from January 2022 to April 2022. From September 2020 to January 2022, they held the position of Group Head of People at THEO PAPHITIS RETAIL GROUP LIMITED. Earlier in their career, Malika worked for EAT. as the Head of HR, where they implemented innovative HR projects, developed culture-building initiatives, and utilized HR metrics to influence decision-making. Malika Halla Assoc. CIPD completed their education at DPG, where they earned a CIPD Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Universite Lille 3 Pont de bois from 1995 to 1997, studying Psychology.
