Dominic Speer's work experience begins in 2009 at Westwood College as a Work Study, where they handled and maintained educational records. From 2011 to 2012, at Dish Network, they worked as an Account Specialist, specializing in customer retention and technical support. Dominic then became an HR Admin, responsible for maintaining employee records and assisting in hiring practices. In 2013, Dominic became a Team Lead at Dish Network, providing support to supervisors and developing call center agents. In 2014, they joined Red Dot Storage as a Customer Service Manager, creating and launching the department and call center. Dominic later became the Director of Customer Operations, optimizing the customer journey and developing process ownership and functionality within the organization.
Dominic Speer attended Westwood College - Denver North from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Management.
