Peyton M. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Equity Sales at Redburn since July 2021. Prior to this, they also worked as an Equity Sales at Redburn from June to August 2020. Before their time at Redburn, Peyton worked as a Private Equity in MiddleGround Capital from May to December 2019. Peyton gained valuable experience as a Hospitality Intern at Valley Country Club from May to August 2018, where they successfully organized weekly children's camps and executed major summer events for over 500 Club Members. Peyton also had an internship at Allen Associates Inc. Property Management from April to August 2017, where they gained knowledge in property management. Their earliest work experience was as a Waitress at Lil' Ricci's Pizza from April 2016 to January 2017.

Peyton M. pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Kentucky from 2017 to 2021. They also had an opportunity to participate in a program called International Business Seminars at Arcadia University in 2020, where they focused on International Business. Furthermore, Peyton M. obtained several certifications from FINRA, including the SIE, Series 63, and Series 7, in September 2021.
