Markus Hegewisch is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in content management, partnerships, and programming. Currently serving as the Global Manager for Content, Partnerships, and Red Bull TV FAST at Red Bull Media House since March 2020, Markus oversees all FAST and Red Bull TV linear channel partnerships and manages key-account media partnerships. Previous roles at the same company included Manager of Partner Services and Specialist in Content Distribution Services. Prior to joining Red Bull Media House, Markus worked at Primedia Broadcasting, where responsibilities included relaunching a flagship AM news and talk radio station and producing the CapeTalk Breakfast Show. Markus also volunteered as the Marketing Manager and produced a talk show for UCT Radio. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History and Film and Media Studies from the University of Cape Town.
