Syed Nauyan Rashid is the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Red Buffer, where notable achievements include orchestrating a Multi-Note, Multi-GPU training pipeline for a 5 Billion Image Dataset and developing a cloud cost anomaly detection pipeline for Yotascale. In addition to this role, Syed serves as a Doctoral Researcher at the Machine Vision and Learning Lab, with significant contributions to patient survival analysis and nuclei instance segmentation. Previous positions include Machine Learning Engineer roles at Quixel and Esper Solutions, and a Data Scientist position at Information Architects. Syed holds a PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Sciences and Technology and advanced degrees in the same field from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
