Tom Griffiths has extensive experience in sales and management within the food and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Retail Sales Merchandiser at Red Bird Farms since October 2018, Tom is involved in the delivery of fresh and natural chicken products to various markets in Colorado. In addition, Tom has been a Real Estate Rental Manager at DG Properties LLC. since January 2007, overseeing leases and managing tenant turnover. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Crystal River Meats, Sales and Marketing at Boulder Natural Meats, and leadership positions at Boulder Sausage from 1991 to September 2014, where Tom held the titles of President and Vice President of Operations.
