Ben Wooding serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Red Badge Group, a position held since January 2017. Wooding has been pivotal in developing and leading the Red Security business, marking the company's entry into the permanent guarding market. Prior to this, Wooding held various management roles at Armourguard Security, including Regional Manager for Central & Lower South Island, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations across multiple regions. Experience also includes serving as the Host City Security Coordinator for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2015 and as Assistant Operations Manager at Sub 5 Private Security. Educational background includes studies at the University of Canterbury, Rowing New Zealand, and St Bedes College in Christchurch.
