Liz Lasater has extensive experience in the logistics industry. Liz served as the CEO of Red Arrow Logistics, a leading international freight forwarder and project logistics specialist. Prior to that, they held the role of VP Government Services at SIRVA Logistics. Liz also worked as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Qiva, where they focused on global trade management software and service solutions. Before that, they worked at Fritz Companies as the Director of Offshore Consolidation, where they implemented supply chain solutions and increased sales revenue. Liz also served as the Director of the Western Region at SeaLand and held a managerial position in the Western Region at APL.

Liz Lasater has a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 1984 to 1987. Liz also has a Supply Chain Management Certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management, acquired in 1996. Liz completed Executive Education programs, such as the Digital Excellence Program for Entrepreneurs at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2015 and the Spartan Growth Academy at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2023. Additionally, they participated in the Foster School of Business MBEP Executive Education at the University of Washington in 2009.
