Talia Patapoutian started their career as a Social Psychology Research Assistant at Duke University in 2014. Talia then worked as a Marketing Research Assistant at Fuqua School of Business. In 2016, they interned as a Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft. Talia later joined Swell (A Yotpo Company) as a Behavioral Science Content Intern in 2017. At Microsoft, they held various roles including Strategic Insights Manager, Marketing Manager, Research Manager, and Creator of "The Mindful Knight". Since 2021, Talia has been working as a Consumer Researcher at now what. Talia is currently serving as a Research Lead at Red Antler starting from 2023.
Talia Patapoutian obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, Psychology (BA), and a minor in French Studies from Duke University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they received a Diplôme de Français Professionnel, Affaires B2 (French Business Affairs) certification from Le français des affaires de la CCI Paris Ile-de-France in 2017 and an Insights for Innovation certification from IDEO U in an unspecified year.
